Wonderbond® WB-952B (xPVA) One part cross-linking polyvinyl acetate emulsion for cold set, hot press or for radio frequency lamination and edge gluing operations. Only use above 50°F. TDS
Cascorez® IB-575 (PVAc) Medium viscosity wood adhesive with fast setting speed and strong heat resistance. Appropriate for edge/face gluing, panel-on-frame assembly, dowelling, case goods assembly and cellulosics. TDS

Panel Processing

Adhesive Description TDS
Wonderbond® WB-952B (xPVA) Effective in panels due to strong cross-linking; meets ASTM D 4317-98 Type II for hardwood plywood. TDS
Casco-Resin® CR-583 (UF Type II) A high-solids, UF resin for hardwood plywood, furniture, and lumber gluing with more open time and slower setting. Considered one of the lower fuming UF’s due to lower formaldehyde content. TDS

Cascorez® IB-S33 (VAE) Effective in bonding wood to PVC, polystyrene-furniture components, polyester-edge bonding, finished wood surfaces and highly impregnated papers. Formualted for cold press bonding.

Cascorez® IB-S20 (PVAc) Tailored for web laminating of foils and decorative papers to composite wood panels. Rich in solids and a fast setting speed, it provides an excellent bond with minimal grain raise.
